ALGAE REMOVAL & RENDER CLEANING
A newly rendered building looks great but unfortunately it doesn't stay that way for long.This type of product is sold as maintenance free. However the reality is within a few years Algae, Black Mold & Red Mold often appears on the surface of the render making it look old and dirty. Some companies will even suggest painting the surface but this is costly and 99% of the time completely unnecessary.

We can remove Algae, Black Mold and Red Mold from almost any rendered building and usually without the need for costly cherry pickers or scaffolding.

MD external cleaning use the ONLY fully government approved sodium hypochlorite based soft wash biocide.
If render is cleaned using high pressure water damage to the surface is likely. In some cases high pressure washing can ruin the surface and means it as to be replaced. This is why at MD external cleaning we only clean render using low pressure techniques with 100% bio-degradable chemicals and in most cases cleaned from the safety of the ground.
